Website pricing · Kabul

How much does a website cost in Kabul?

There is no single price for a web site in Kabul, because the cost follows the work: page count, languages, forms or a shop, and who writes the text and takes the photos. Anyone who quotes a number before asking those questions is guessing. We look at the job on a short call and then send one fixed quote for the scope we agreed.

  1. What actually changes the price

The price follows four things: how many pages there are, how many languages they must be in, whether the site only explains the business or also takes orders, and who supplies the text and photos. A five-page Dari and English site for a clinic is a different job from a shop with a product list and a payment step. Hosting and the domain are separate yearly costs, and we name them separately instead of folding them into the build. Every item you add is work someone has to design, write, build and test.

  2. What a small business usually needs

Most businesses in Kabul do not need a large site. They need one clear page per service, a way to reach you on WhatsApp or by phone, an address and hours, and text in the language their customers read. That is usually the cheapest useful version, and it can grow later when there is a reason. Starting small and adding pages once you know what customers ask for costs less than paying for sections nobody visits.

  3. Where a cheap quote hides the cost

A very low quote often leaves out the text, the photos, the second language, or the setup on the domain and hosting. It may also be a template with your logo dropped in, which is fine if that is what you agreed. Ask what is included line by line, who owns the files and the domain, and what happens when you need a change. The lowest number is not the lowest cost if you pay again to finish the work.

  4. How to compare two quotes

Put the two quotes side by side and compare the same things: page count, languages, forms, shop features, content writing, hosting and the domain. Ask each studio what they need from you and how they hand the work over. A quote that names the scope is easier to trust than a single number with no detail. If one is much lower, find out what was removed rather than assuming it is a bargain.

  5. How we quote, and what happens next

We ask a few questions on WhatsApp, then have a short call about what the site must do. After that we send a fixed quote for the agreed scope, so the number does not move unless you ask for something new. You get the pages, languages and handover we described, and we say plainly what is not included. If your budget is smaller than the job, we say so and suggest what to cut first.

What you get

  • A short call to understand the job
  • One fixed quote for the agreed scope
  • A written list of what is included
  • Honest advice on what to cut first
Can you give me a price before we talk?

We can explain what usually drives the cost, but not a real number without knowing the pages, languages and features. A quick guess would either scare you off or mislead you. The short call takes very little time and lets us send a fixed quote you can compare.

Is a web site in Kabul cheaper if it is only in Dari?

One language is less work than two, so yes, it usually costs less than a bilingual site. Many businesses still want English because customers, partners or family abroad look them up. A common middle path is a full Dari site with a short English page.

I saw a very cheap webiste offer. What should I check?

Check whether the text, photos, domain, hosting and a second language are included, and who owns the files afterwards. Ask for a written scope, even a short one. If the offer cannot say what is included, it is hard to compare with anything else.

Does the price include hosting and the domain?

They are usually yearly costs paid to a hosting company and a domain registrar, separate from the build. We can set both up for you and tell you the current yearly amounts before you commit. We do not hide them inside the build price.

What happens after I send a message?

We reply on WhatsApp within one working day and ask what the site must do, who reads it and which languages you need. Then we arrange a short call and send a fixed quote for that scope. No figure is invented before we understand the job.
