An Afghan-owned business in Istanbul often serves two audiences at once: people from the community and Turkish customers who live in the same district. They search in different languages and sometimes from different countries. We set the profile up so both can find you without confusion.
One profile, two languages
The name and address stay consistent while the description and service details are written for both audiences. We keep the Turkish wording natural and the Dari version clear, rather than translating word for word.
Customers who are still in Afghanistan
Some of your customers search before they travel or while arranging something from back home. A profile that shows the district, the phone number and a WhatsApp link lets them make contact before they arrive.
Districts and directions in a large city
Istanbul is hard to navigate when two neighbourhoods share a name. We put the pin on the correct side, add the district and describe the entrance so a first visit does not turn into a phone call from the wrong street.
