Two markets · Istanbul

Instagram promotion in Istanbul for Afghan businesses and cross-border trade.

Istanbul holds both your neighbours and your customers back home, and the same ad rarely speaks to both. We separate the two audiences, write each version in the language it deserves, and make the next step a message rather than a form. Because we also work in Istanbul, the review happens in the same city as the shoot.

  1. Two audiences, two messages

An Afghan family living in Istanbul and a buyer in Afghanistan do not respond to the same offer. We split the audience and write a separate version for each, even when the business is the same. That avoids an ad that feels vague to everyone.

  2. Let each language sound natural

A word-for-word translation is easy to spot and easy to ignore. The Dari, Pashto and Turkish versions are written to be read in their own language, with the offer kept identical. We can also prepare English for mixed or international customers.

  3. Make the distance feel short

When the customer is in another country, trust has to travel through the page and the chat. We show a clear contact path, keep the delivery or collection details visible and let WhatsApp carry the first real conversation. Your team should never have to explain the basics twice.

What you get

  • Dari, Pashto and Turkish copy
  • Audience split by market
  • Profile and highlights for two audiences
  • Cross-border message flow
Can one campaign speak to Istanbul and Afghanistan at once?

It is better to run two campaigns with separate messages, even if the product is the same. The customer in Istanbul can visit, while the customer in Afghanistan usually needs delivery or a contact who can collect.

Do you work in Turkish as well as Dari?

Yes. We work in English, Dari, Pashto and Turkish and also work in Istanbul, so the copy and the page can be reviewed in the language your customers actually read.
