Facebook and Instagram ads in Kandahar, made to work on a phone.

In Kandahar the market is busy and the phone is where most customers meet a business first. That changes what an ad should be: light enough to load, short enough to finish, and clear about the one thing you want the person to do. We build for that reality rather than for a desktop screen.

  1. Light files, clear first frame

Images are compressed and videos kept short, with the message readable before anyone turns on sound. A heavy file that stalls on a weak connection loses the customer before the offer is seen.

  2. One action per ad

A message button or a call button, not three links competing for the same tap. We decide which action suits the offer and keep the rest of the page from pulling people away.

  3. Pashto first, Dari when it helps

Kandahar buyers often prefer Pashto, so the main text is written in it, with Dari used where your customers read that more comfortably. The studio works in both and can keep the two versions saying the same thing.

Will ads still work when the connection is weak?

Lighter files give the ad a better chance, and we keep the first screen simple so something useful appears early. We cannot fix the network, but we can stop our own creative from being the reason it fails.

Do you write the Pashto text yourselves?

Yes, Pashto is one of the languages the studio works in, and the Dari version is written separately rather than translated word for word. Both go back to you for a check before anything runs.
